About Us

In 2018 SUSU Botanica (Formally SUSU Healing Collective) was founded to meet the needs of their commUNITY by offering their gifts in ways that feel nourishing, abundant, and healing. They believe that in order to change systems we must start first within ourselves, our families, our communities, and thus impacting our culture as a whole. They all offer their unique practices, life experiences, and offerings in a way that empowers individuals and creates cultures of abundance and reciprocity. 

In 2020 SUSU Botanica Shifted from an LLC to a non profit called the SUSU commUNITY Farm. The SUSU botanica is a branch of the SUSU commUNITY Farm  non profit and center the healing, affirming and liberation of Black, Indigenous, People of color. Our medicines are inspired by our sacred relationship with the earth and their wisdom and the words, songs, and radicle healing prayers of Black femmes. Our Botanica is directed by our Field and Farm Director/ Botanica Witch Doctor Kyana Ferro. You can learn more about the folx who run our botanica by visiting our main website here .
